Pamela Glyn completed an undergraduate
degree in languages and psychology, a post-graduate honours
degree in Clinical Psychology and a Masters degree in Psychology
before doing her internship in a variety of interesting
places. In the years since then, she has attended courses
to broaden her knowledge on diverse aspects of psychology,
ranging from hypnotherapy to neuropsychology.
She has offered workshops on motivation,
mid-life rethinking and social groups and has worked in
a variety of fields from mental health to brain injury.
Pamela is a generalist and currently works
in private practice in Howick (Auckland). The practise is
called Holistix - which she sees as the Asterix equivalent
of the "Whole Hog".
She enjoys bridge and karate and is married
with three grown-up children. She is a NZ Registered Clinical
Psychologist and a member of the New Zealand College of
Clinical Psychologists.
